Please understand refurbished radios are not brand new items prepackaged and sitting on the shelf ready to ship. Because of this reason and the large amount of orders we process each month it takes about 30 days before we ship. We try to ship sooner whenever possible.

60 day limited warranty provided, Customer pays return shipping if reported more than 15 days after delivery.  Warranty does not cover damage, abuse, firmware update attempts or memory programming corruption.    Orders canceled within five days of placing the order receive a 100% refund. If after five days there is a 20% fee withheld.
