Order polices

Please understand refurbished radios are not brand new items prepackaged and ready to ship. Because of this reason and the large amount of orders we process each month it takes about 30 days before we ship. We try to ship sooner whenever possible.

60 day limited warranty provided, Customer pays return shipping if reported more than 15 days after delivery.  We do not allow returns on any refurbished order. 

Warranty does not cover damage, abuse, firmware update attempts or memory programming corruption.    

Refunds for order cancellations:

If cancelled within five days of placing the order a 100% refund will be issued.  If cancelled more than five days after placing an order there is 80% refund.
