Order polices

Please understand refurbished radios are not brand new items prepackaged and ready to ship. Because of this reason and the large amount of orders we process each month it takes about 30 days to ship orders. We try to ship sooner whenever possible.

Guaranteed Refurbished®. 

We perform a complete alignment and inspection to guarantee the radios are fully compliant with all original manufacturer specifications. All radios go through a checklist of over 30 items to guarantee full functionality.  A 60 day limited warranty is provided, customer pays return shipping if reported more than 15 days after delivery.  Warranty does not cover damage, abuse of any type including water damage, firmware update attempts or memory programming corruption.    

Refunds for order cancellations:

If cancelled within five days of placing the order a 100% refund will be issued.  If cancelled more than five days after placing an order there is 80% refund.  We do not allow returns on any radio orders unless involving warranty issues.
